Date Night

On Friday, we had our first official Date Night since moving into our new house. It was a nice diversion from all of the studying.

We took the bus over to Richmond and walked across the bridge. The scenery was so pretty.

We ate at Nando's, a super yummy Portuguese restaurant. Then we walked back over the bridge and took the bus home.

Nothing fancy, just dinner and a walk. It was lovely.

You live in Europe. In Europe, dinner and a walk *is* fancy. People pay thousands of dollars to fly from the U.S. to eat dinner and take walks in Europe... so go you! Hooray! and Hooray for Portugese food! I hear it's truly delicious.

Jake and I had a "date night" to Walmart the other night. It wasn't really a date, but it was the first time in a while we've been out without the kids. And since the only times that ever happens is when it's a date, we laughed about taking a mid-week date night to Walmart. So, see, yours was WAY fancier. Besides, London is way fancier than Apache Junction anyway. :P

England really is beautiful, I love the pics. Hope the primary class went well, I wonder what callings you'll get.
